Storyboard Text

  • The Greek army sailed to Troy. Prince Protesilaus was the first to step on shore and was shot through the neck.
  • For nine years, the Greeks and the Trojans fought. The Trojans stayed high in the city, so the Greeks didn’t know how to take the city.
  • Eventually, Agamemnon had a dream from Zeus, who said that if there was a battle the next day, the Greeks would be victorious.
  • The Greeks went to Troy prepared for battle. The Trojans came out of the city and the armies formed battle lines parallel to each other.
  • Paris and Menelaus went to the middle of the armies. They fought, one-on-one. Paris’s spear broke against Menelaus’s shield and Menelaus thrust his spear through Paris’s armor, but he wasn’t harmed.
  • Aphrodite turned Paris invisible and took him back to the palace. She met Helen and forced her to stay with Paris, although Helen didn’t want to.
  • You must stay with Paris!
