  • what can we do to prevent that
  • Problems
  • hmm, well, of course, the chargers that are in the outlet and, oh the computer needs to be plugged out
  • you know to make it easier you an attach a power bar to all yourplugs and turn the power bar off when your done
  • now tell me what's wong here
  • cell phones use approximately 2-6 watts when charging, when a charger is left plugged in without the phone it consumes 0.1-0.5 of a watt
  • If you start plugging out  plugs that are not in use your electricity bill will go down and you will save the things that mad that energy whether it is renewable or non-renewable
  • to prevent that you can go around your house and if you see any plugs in the outlet that's not being used unplug it but ask your parents first because that plug might be important
  • wow, that sounds interesting. wait let's go around th house to see if any phantom energy is being used
  • A power bar is like an outlet bet multiple wires are able to plug in. The power bars electricity can be switched off so it does not use phantom energy
