- Workers i have bad news ,the management refuses to give us what we want .
- So what now ?
- Workers its tools down from now on till they hear us out .The manager said in order for them to do as we said they should let go of others.
- No we all need this job ,what about our families.
- All sing as they are going for tools down......................and chanting
- Shop steward tell the workers that the meeting did not go accordingly.
- Why are you not working!!!

- Workers are not happy about the retrenchment that might happen if they continues.

- You can go and tell the workers they will get their increase now they should get back to work.
- Its tools down action now with a like bit of strike songs.
- Now get back to work everything is sorted out, No one is leaving and you will get your increase
- Workers refuses to get back to work until their demands are met.
- The manager ends up giving the workers their increase.
- The workers are happy with the good news they just received and are going back to work.
