  • We are at our local grocery store to get fresh ingredients for our meal. We need to buy 1 pond of ground beef and we need to get our eggs.
  • After we wash our hands and our cooking station, we can get all of our cookware out.
  • After we have all of our cookware, ready its time to cook.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, garlic powder and beaten egg. Mix well and form ito 12 balls. Store, covered, in fridge until needed.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is tanslucent. Stir in tomatoes, salt, sugar and bay leaf. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 90 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, basil, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and meatballs and simmer 30 minutes more.
  • If theres ever a fire in the kitchen from cooking or anything heres how you put it out. 1. If its a grease fire never put it out with water because it will actually make the fire stronger. So put a lid on the pot. 2. Throw baking soda on it to suffocate it. 3. Use a fire extinguisher. 
  • Cutting technique is key to being safe so when you cut your food you have to cut away from you. So you cut away to prevent any injury.
