  • The French and Indian war was fought between the french+Indians and the British. This war lasted seven-years starting in 1756 and ending in 1763. The British won the war even though the French had the first "win" that started the Treaty of Paris.
  • The Stamp Act and the Sugar act were Both were designed to raise revenue for the British. but the Stamp act was taxes on the regularly bought goods. these acts brought conflict between the officials and the colonists.
  • We the Colonists think that this is an unfair act to have!
  • Yea, This act should not be in order!!
  • Okay boss
  • I don't know what to think about all this
  • The Townshend Act passed four Acts that all benefited the British but in different ways. The Colonists did not react nicely to these acts they were angry which the British Officials did not like. Overall the British have just been wanting to get more money which means the Colonists get more taxes.

  •  Indemnity Act
  • The Boston Massacre of 1770 was not considered a real massacre, only five people died. The start of it was when the colonists and the British men were fighting, then the other Colonists came and started throwing stuff at the British and that is what lead to the British firing.

  • The Boston Tea party of 1773, a group of protestors dressed as Indians boarded the ship and threw off all of the tea saying "No taxation withput representation!!" They threw the Tea off because it was taxed also it was sitting on the ships.
  • Keep throwing off the tea!!
  • "No Taxation without Representation!"
  • The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere on April 18, 1775, was the start of the American Revolution. The Sons of Liberty were waiting for the British to come out. The Sons put two candles in the church at Boston as a sign that the British are coming then sent Paul Revere to ride back and send the word to Concord.
  • The British are coming!!
