  •  1st Amendment:Guarantees freedom of religion, speech, thepress, assembly, and petition.3rd Amendment:Americans cannot  be forced to house soldiers4th Amendment:The police must have a warrant to enter ourhomes It also means the government cannottake our property, papers, or us, without a validwarrant or probable cause.5th Amendment:You don't have to testify against yourself in court.8th Amendment: Punishments will be fair and not cruel, and extraordinary fines will not be set

  • I'm going to have to ask you to please move off this property or I will use force
