Water Cycle

Storyboard Text

  • Going up
  • Water Vapor
  • Transpiration
  • Becoming clouds
  • Condensation
  • Evaporation
  • Falling down
  • Precipitation
  • The water is going through transpiration on the tree's leaves. Then it is turning into water vapor.
  • Into a river
  • Then the water evaporates into the sky and it goes through condensation. Then water vapor groups together and then that creates clouds
  • To the aquifer
  • Then once all of the wator vapor gets to heavy gravity pulls the water down and that creates precipitation. Precipitation can be rain, sleet, hail, and snow.
  • In the aquifer
  • Then after the precipitation happens the water that cannot be absorbed goes int oceans, streams, rivers, lakes, and more. But when the water cannot be absorbed by the ground or bodies of water in floods.
  • Runoff
  • Then the water sinks into the Earth and it goes down until it finds a little hole called an aquifer this process is called infiltration.
  • Infiltration
  • Then the water sinks into the aquifer and joins a group of water and then is officialy called groundwater. Which is water in an aquifer. Then we create pumps sometimes and use that water for drinking
  • Groundwater
  • Aquifer
