  • I'm feeling very anxious, I haven't been sleeping right, and I have been having a lot of headaches lately
  • That sounds like stress. What is stressing you out?
  • I have a test on friday that is a big part of my grade, and I am very nervous
  • The first thing I think you should do is make a plan of what you are going to study and how much on each day
  • ok.
  • Veronica when I'm stressed I take a deep breath, and remind myself that everything is ok
  • You should talk to the teacher and your parents, and tell them that you are very stresses, and they can help you.

  • And make sure the night before the test you get plenty of sleep.

  • And don't forget to take a break in between, to let your brain take in all of the information
