I'm feeling very anxious, I haven't been sleeping right, and I have been having a lot of headaches lately
That sounds like stress. What is stressing you out?
I have a test on friday that is a big part of my grade, and I am very nervous
The first thing I think you should do is make a plan of what you are going to study and how much on each day
Veronica when I'm stressed I take a deep breath, and remind myself that everything is ok
You should talk to the teacher and your parents, and tell them that you are very stresses, and they can help you.
And make sure the night before the test you get plenty of sleep.
I can do that.
And don't forget to take a break in between, to let your brain take in all of the information
