Storyboard Text

  • Prospero, you should go back to doing your job. There's a lot of work to be done.
  • You do it. I just want to read my books!
  • Y'ALL BETTER DO WHAT I SAY!
  • SIR, YES SIR
  • Oh, hey! I'm the Duke of Milan now!
  • NOOO! You took my job!
  • Prospero showed more interest in learning about the liberal arts than being the Duke of Milan. He gave Antonio opportunities to do his job so that he could read and learn.
  • GET. ON. THAT. BOAT. NOW!
  • Midnight
  • Antonio manipulates Prospero's men. He is able to take over due to the fact that Prospero is so preoccupied by his studies.
  • Here are some of your favorite books!
  • THANK YOU!!!
  • Antonio takes Prospero's power because Prospero placed too much trust in him, in hopes of pursuing the liberal arts.
  • Even the rats hate this boat!
  • Everything's going to be fine!
  • Antonio forces Prospero to board a boat. He is exiled out of Milan.
  • Gonzalo gives Prospero his favorite books. This motivates him and gives him hope.
  • Despite Prospero's obstacles, he had Miranda in his life. She served as his motivation, and enabled him to arrive to the island.
