1.No you didn't! How about we let the judge decide who it's gonna belong to?
That description describe my clients perfectly!
The bees and wasps are fighting for the the store of honey inside the hollow tree
After a while of fighting they agreed to let the judge decide whose the honey belong to
The witness declared that they has seen certain winged creature in the neighborhood of the hollow tree, who hummed loudly, and whose bodies were striped, yellow and black just like the bees. The counsel of the wasps immediately claimed the description fitted perfectly with his clients
Moral of the story: "Action speaks louder than words"
Such evidence did not helped the judge so he adjusted the court for six weeks to give him time to think it over, after the six weeks it was time to declare the rightful owner of the honey when a wise old bee addressed the court.
The judge thought it was a great idea when the wasps protested loudly and he knew why, the wasps couldn't make honey so the rightful owner of the honey were the bees
So the moral of the story is "Action speaks louder than words"
