They have higher percent of body fat and large bones. Mesomorph is a body type with a solid muscular physique. It is characterized by a low-to-medium percentage of body fat, medium-to-large bone size, and a large amount of muscle size and mass
Body composition describes the percentages of fat, bone, muscle, and water in your body. A healthy body composition is one that includes a lower percentage of body fat and a higher percentage of fat-free mass. Your caloric balance effects your body composition so its important to eat healthy and exercise. Make sure while you do exercise, you avoid injury such as muscle strains and blisters. You can do this by having periods to cool off and warm up while exercising. It's also important to have the right equipment. If you do get injured, follow RICE to ensure safe recovery.Source: Module 5
