The head of the federal level is the congress. It is made up of the senate and house of representatives. The leader of the state level is also the senate and the house of representatives, the congress. The leader of the local level is the city council.

If the congress can have 2/3 of the votes, then the congress has overturned the veto. The executive branch also has the power to make war and the president is commander in chief. The president directs the armed forces. The federal leader of the executive branch is the president. The leader of the state level is the governer. The local level leader is the mayor.

The Judicial branch has three levels. The federal, whose leader is the Supreme Court. The state leader is the Kentucky Supreme Court, and the local leader is the Louisville Metro Hall. The main responsibility of the Judicial branch is to make sure that laws and punishments are fair. The Judicial branch also places any limits on the powers Congress or the president devise to conduct it in war.

The Supreme Court justices have no limit to how long they can be a justice. The Kentucky Supreme Court justices serve 6-8 years. Finally, the Louisville Metro Hall judges serve from 4-8 years.
The president serves 4 year terms. The governor also serves 4 years terms. The president and governer can serve two terms. The mayor also serves 4 year terms but can serve 3 terms.
The Senate members can serve terms for 6 years. They can serve as many terms as they want. The representatives can serve 2 year terms. They can also serve as many terms as they want. City Council members serve 4 year terms and can serve as many terms as they want to.
