  • The French and Indian War
  • Proclamation of 1763
  • Sugar act
  • The French and Indian war started because the French and The Britain wanted the Ohio River Valley. They didn't know how to decide who gets it so the went to war. What happened at the end of the war was The Britain won and gained all the land east of the Mississippi. Spain gained all the land west of the Mississippi.
  • Stamp act
  • King George the 3rd didn't want war again so he didn't allow people to go to the Ohio River Valley. The People was mad because they went to war and win but can't go to the Ohio River Valley.
  • Quartering act
  • The Britain needed money to pay for the war. So they taxed the rich to pay for the war.
  • Forming of the Sons of Liberty
  • The money that the Britain got from taxing the colonies went to pay for the war. So the colonies basically paid for the war.
  • After the war they couldn't pay for the tropes. So this act forced the colonies to let the tropes stay with them.
  • The Sons Of Liberty was a secret revolutionary to fight British taxation. They formed this to stop the taxation.
