  •                         The First Amendment
  • Actually you're wrong, the first amendment allows me to practice the religion of my choosing
  • Christianity is the only acceptable religion in America!!
  • The young man knows his rights
  • The Second Amendment
  • Everyone surrender their weapons, you have no use for them
  • This is a violation of my second amendment rights,i'm not giving you anything
  • The Third Amendment
  • I'm a soldier you HAVE  to let me stay  here
  • I am within my third amendment right, you can't stay here without my consent
  • Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
  • The Fourth Amendment
  • I did not consent to any searches and you do not have probable cause
  • A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

  • My sixth amendment right is being violated
  • In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
