Storyboard Text

  • In 1918 panic spread when the Spanish Flu invaded our world. An estimated 500 million people died in the two year gap from 1918 to 1920
  • President Woodrow Wilson
  • No one is quite sure where the Spanish Flu came from although, France, Britain, China, and USA are all prime suspects. The first case ever recorded was in a Kansas City military base. Scientists do believe that it started when 140,000 Chinese laborers for the French and British governments were recruited to perform manual labor to free up troops of wartime duty.
  • NEWS NOW
  • Originally the Chinese government said that the virus could only jump from animal to human and humans cannot spread it. Why did they lie?
  • Because China failed to tell us that Covid-19 can spread from human to human we still had travelers from China coming in. This caused the virus to spread to other parts of the world.
  • Scientists advise you to wash your hands frequently and to keep at least 6 feet apart from people. Avoid going out if possible
  • I believe that in the next six months, our worldly population will have decreased drastically. Scientists will have probably figured out a way to keep it contained better by then. Our world will be effected from this horrible virus outbreak, but we will make it through.
