Hamilton had three ideas to improve the US, and proposed them to congress. Jefferson did not like those ideas because he was a democratic-republican and the constitution did not state them. They ended up colming to a compromise.
The whiskey rebellion happened in 1791. It was a protest against the tax of whiskey. The rebels were commended by Alexander Hamilton, who taught them a lesson.
