Storyboard Text

  • "Ugh! It's like moist black velvet,"
  • "I had to invent a new animal to hunt,"
  • "The cossack was the cat; he was the mouse,"
  • This is said by Rainsford when they are on the boat. The moist black velvet represents how dark it really is. It helps us understand how dark it really is.
  • This is said by the general when he's talking about the hunt boring him. The new animal represents people. This helps us understand that he does not care about killing people as he calls them animals.
  • Rainsford thinks this as the general is chasing him. The cat represents the cossack because he has a large advantage over Rainsford who is the mouse. This helps us understand the odds against Rainsford.
