Storyboard Description

Marginalia by Billy Collins

Storyboard Text

  • Oftentimes while reading, I'll find angry notes, scribbled near the text, demanding an explanation or change from the author.
  • Or others suggesting the reader is more knowledgeable than the author himself; mocking the text entirely.
  • Students, on the other hand, tend to write smaller comments, analyzing the text for linguistic patterns.
  • Fortunately, there are readers more invested about the text they're reading; responding excitedly to the occurring events.
  • And in some cases, it's almost as though the readers are applauding the main characters of the story.
  • YES!!! My man!
