There once was a young boy called Mike, Who always wanted to ride his bike, Mike dreamt about it day and night But he always said to himself “I can’t, I can’t”
Mike’s father heard him and the next day he asked Mike“Mike, why were you saying, I can’t?” Mike replied, “Because I can’t ride my bike dad”, “Mike, you must believe in yourself, because I do!” Mike’s dad replied with enthusiasm “Tomorrow, you will be a bike riding master Mike, you can do it”. His dad said. “Yaaayy!” scream Mike, “I hope I can do it, dad”.
The next day Mike, was up bright and early, it was abeautiful day, “today I am going to ride my bike, and I can do it” Mikesaying it to himself while eating his coco-pops. After Mike finishes his coco-pops he goes to the shed and gets out his bike and helmet.
His dad comes out with him to the street, “now remember safety first, helmet, elbow and knee pads” his dad instructs him. Mike puts on his safety gear, he puts on his training wheels and goes to pedal but… He stops…
“why have you stopped my son?” his dad asked questionably. “I am scared, I can’t do it” Mike replies in a nervous voice.
Before Mike starts pedalling, his dad says to him “you are missing the special words before you can start pedalling, I can….”
