  • On April 14, 1865 Lincoln and his wife went to the theater and to go see a play and it was a special day because they were celebrating the win of the war.
  • John wilkes booth went pass the front desk and went through the back of the theater and he was a ghost no one saw him going up to the box where Lincoln was.
  • POW!
  • As  John wilkes open the door t the box the crowd laughed so as soon as he steped foot in the room he shot Lincoln in the back of the head.
  • NO!
  • OH NO!
  • Then John Wilkes Jumped on to the stage and dashed through the theater doors and left with a smirk in his face.
  • HAHA!
  • In the next few hours Lincoln was dead and his wife was crying and holding him in her arms.
  • On the following Wednesday people around Washington moved as Lincoln's funeral procession passed by.
