The Lincoln's assassination

On April 14, 1865 Lincoln and his wife went to the theater and to go see a play and it was a special day because they were celebrating the win of the war.
John wilkes booth went pass the front desk and went through the back of the theater and he was a ghost no one saw him going up to the box where Lincoln was.
As John wilkes open the door t the box the crowd laughed so as soon as he steped foot in the room he shot Lincoln in the back of the head.
Then John Wilkes Jumped on to the stage and dashed through the theater doors and left with a smirk in his face.
In the next few hours Lincoln was dead and his wife was crying and holding him in her arms.
On the following Wednesday people around Washington moved as Lincoln's funeral procession passed by.
