  • Harrison struggles with a "Man vs. Society Conflict" in that he opposes the government's use of handicaps and declares himself to be the new leader.
  • Diana Moon Glampers, Harrison, and his "Empress" show a "Man vs. Man conflict" when Diana shoots and kills the other 2 characters.
