Betrayal: after trying to find his book in his dads room Christopher finds letters addressed to him. He then finds out his mom is still alive and is in shock
Logic vs Emotion: When Christopher's Dad admits to killing Wellington, he decides to run away. He doesn't like being around too many people so starts to freak out, but he ran away because he was scared of his father.
Communication: Christopher doesn't know how to determine other peoples emotions, but when someone is yelling at him he knows something is wrong. Just like when Mrs. Shears yelled at him for finding him with Wellington dead.
Order vs Disorder: Christopher sees prime numbers as a way of life. He thinks about them in times when he is stressed because they help him calm down. They make him feel safe.
Trust: Christopher doesn't know how to lie so he expects everyone to be honest with him as well. But when his father lies to him about his mothers death he decides to run away because he can't trust him anymore.
Love: Christopher doesn't like it when people touch even towards his own father. So his way of showing affection is by spreading his hand and touching the finger tips of his dad.
