  • We don't because it is based on equal representation in congress.
  • Yes!!
  • The Great Compromise is a two house congress that has an equal representation in the upper house and representation in the lower house.
  • Everyone the United States Congress created the Great Compromise.
  • What is the Great Compromise?
  • Yeah!!
  • A couple of days later....
  • The Commerce Compromise is the issue over whether congress could regulate trade.
  • What is that exactly?
  • Yeah!!
  • Yes.
  • The 3/5 Compromise is when each slave is count as 3/5 of a person. Also, we are going to have to agree with to it sooner or later.  
  • Didn't the government also create the Commerce Compromise?
  • What is the 3/5 Compromise!

  • The Bill of Rights lists specific prohibitions on government power.
  • Why did they create it?
  • What is the Bill of Rights?
  • They created it so we can have are individual rights.
  • The Confederation finally created the Bill of Rights.
