  • I heard a loud noise behind me but I am not sure if it came from Broadstreet Alley. However, there was an airplane passing by.
  • Harry Kendrick, are you completely sure that you heard a gunshot from the alley?
  • So, if I am correct Mr. Kendrick heard a loud noise while an airplane was passing by. He could have imagined the noise or he heard a car engine revving up.
  • Mr. Kendrick, you did say that you heard a loud noise coming from behind you right as you were walking past the Broadstreet alley?
  • Yes, sir.
  • Both the prosecution and the defense have rested their cases. What the attorneys said is not evidence but it is used to aid you in understanding the case.
  • Thank you, your Honor. Members of the jury, today you have heardthe witnesses of the trial of John Le-Gend.
  • I would like to remind you of some important information that you should consider in yourdecision.
