- "Hi, my name is Ryan."
- "This is my school, Sugarcreek Middle."
- "This is my bestfriend!"
- "This is where I live, Sugarcreek, Ohio."
- "Hi, I'm Dylan!"
- Me and Dylan watched as a reporter on the TV said a tornado was coming to our area. We look out the window and the sky was very gray, almost black.
- When we look outside we saw dark clouds and lightning. Now we were scared. We went downstairs to tell my mom to call Dylan's mom. But the phone lines were down. Dylan' s mom must be worried sick.
- Dylan's mom was at home worrying about where her daughter was. She thought Dylan was probably at her friend's Ryan's house but she wasn't sure.
- Dylan begged Ryan's mom to take her home, but she said it was too dangerous for anyone to go right now.
- Ryan was sat up in his room alone, and scared. He was scared about what the tornado might do to him, his mom, and Dylan.
- Dylan started to cry because she didn't know where her mom was and if she was okay. Ryan's Mom tried to comfort her and tell her her mother was fine.
- But then, the power turned back on. When we looked outside the sky was getting less dark and the storm seemed to have ended
