  • Natural Selection of a Shark
  • Hi i'm a shark!
  • Overproduction of Offspring
  • There are so many sharks because we are fierce, and we have some adaptations that help us survive our predators
  • Variation
  • Us sharks vary vastly. One example is that some sharks have different size fins. Like great whites have bigger fins than tiger sharks.
  • Selection of Advantageous Trait
  • Since I have predators, I have to protect myself. One example of a trait I have that protects me is the color of my skin. The bottom of me is white and the top is blue.
  • Adaptation
  • Predators below me see my white bottom that blends in with the suns reflection. Predators above me see my black top that blends in the with the ocean. I am almost invisible to all predators.
  • In conclusion, I have traits that help me survive just like you do. Without these traits, it would be hard to survive
