Since the cattlemen did not know what else to do besides yell and force the cattle into a situation, Temple was determined to have this treatment be stopped.
To get into the Scottsdale Feed Yard, Temple Grandin went to the Arizona Farm Ranchman offices to get a press pass so that she would be allowed in.
Summary- If/Then and 3-2-1
*Temple felt sorry for the cattle * Made changes to help cattle be calm *Asked to write a chapter in a book about feedlot design *The way that the cattlemen used to treat the cattle *Some engineers sabotaged her designs *If ranchers don´t want their cattle to be hurt, then why did they not do anything about the chute designs sooner?
The difference is that around the time Temple visited the Scottsdale yard, woman didn´t work in feedlots, and it was known as a ¨man´s job¨.
