  • Supreme Court judges can rule their laws unconstitutional.
  • Lower House of Congress
  • Speaker of the House leader of the House of Representatives
  • Can override a President’s veto of a bill.
  • Executive Branch – Enforce the laws and rights of the citizens 
  • The President can ratify or veto a bill that congress creates.
  • President can create executive orders but the Judicial Branch can rule those orders to be unconstitutional.
