  • On the 15 of December 1997 a rocket called Cassini launched aiming to reach Saturn.
  • At Mayfeild primary school There were some students that were promised that there signatures would be launched to space.

  • The looked on the internet about the subject and found people who were doubting the safety of the Cassini mission. Here re some of there comments. 1.As part of its fuel, the Cassini rocket carries 32 kilograms of radioactive plutonium dioxide, the most plutonium ever launched into space. 2.An accidental re-entry to Earth could happen, but NASA says the possibility of this happening is less then one in a million.
  • over time some students were beginning to question whether the Cassini mission was safe or not .
  • It'll be fine

  • But in the end Cassini did launch everything went well
