How Thw constitution is changed

When a change to the Constitution is proposed it becomes a bill, this bill will have to be approved by the federal government by having a vote in the parliament.
The bill now must be sent to the Governer-General who must sign the bill and approve the bill so it can come to a vote to the people (Referendum or Plebiscite)

Now the country/state votes on the proposal, either yes or no, and than we will count the votes in the parlement
