Don't go that way! Go this way because you can beat them if you go this way.
Thanks, bud! We will take your advice.
What are we going to do? There are tens of thousands of them!
Come one Rebbeca time to go to Salamis. We will be safe at Salamis.
There was a trader in the mountains that told the Persians where to attack/ were not to attack from to help them kill the Spartans and take over their land. This helped the Persians and the trader made a massive impact because the Spartans could have won if they had gone the wrong route.
Ram into them! Defeat them, now!
Persians outnumbered Spartans 180,00 to 7,000. Of course, all the Spartans were killed and the Persians took over their land.
NOOO, our boats. The bridge is gone and there is only so many boats left. How are we going to get back to Persia all together?
The Persians burnt Athens to the ground so the people of Athens went to Salamis to stay safe. Sadly, the Athens army was not able to protect Athens
Finally the war is over and we won!
The people of greek took their boats and started ramming into the Persian's boats. The Greeks defeated the Persians by destroying their boats. The Persians were angry and wanted to win the land so they wanted to continue fighting until they get their way.
The Persian leader deiced to send some of his troops back to Persia. When they got to the place with the boats the bridge was broken. There was only so much they can do because they had little boats. So, they had to take many trips back and forth from Greek to Persia multiply times.
But once again, the Greeks won the battle. Sure they lost the battle on land but the battle on the water was more important. The Greeks had great strategies and skill. The Greeks ended up winning overall because after this war Persia stopped attacking them.
