  • Gather   your   troops . Start  the   "Sugar   Act"!
  •    Sugar Act - 1764    
  • Yes   your  highness.  I  will  gather  the  troops!   
  • Boston Tea Party - 1773
  • Where only after the tea, Men!
  • 1st Continental Congress - 1774
  • My fellow gentlemen let us start this meeting... 
  • The "Sugar Act" is when the king raised the colonist taxes to make more money to pay for "The French and Indian War." 
  • Patrick Henry's Speech - 1775
  • "GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH!!"
  • The point of the "Boston Tea Party was that the colonist didn't think it was fair that the king just decided that they should raise the taxes to make more money. So these colonist dressed as Indian and dumped tea overboard into the Boston Harbor. 
  • Battle Of York Town - 1781

  • At this meeting they what was going to be on the bill of rights.Some disagreed others agreed. So on the power of the king he declared that the bill of rights will happen.

  •  The meaning of Patrick Henry's speech was to convince the delegates to secede from Britain; moreover, to fight back against them. He antagonizes Britain by imputing every hardships they faced to Britain.
  • This was the last war of the revolutionary war, Captain Cornwallis surrendered his troops to captain George Washington.  
  • The meaning of the bill of rights is the first ten amendments to the US Constitution, ratified in 1791 and guaranteeing such rights as the freedoms of speech, assembly, and worship.
