  • Hey! Did you know that the capital of Pennsylvania is Harrisburg? The northernmost point of Pennsylvania 
  • Pennsylvania
  • That is really good information to know! Did you know that three economic activities the state has, are the lottery, livestock, and mining? Plus, the southernmost point of Pennsylvania is 40.2972'N!
  • New Jersey
  • Hi! So, I heard that you are a little confused about where you are. Well, you are in Trenton, New Jersey, the capital. Three economic activities in New Jersey, are taxes, business licenses, and tobacco. 
  • Wow! I'm so happy to be here! Some people have told me that the northernmost point of New Jersey is 41.36' N, and the southernmost point is 38.9351' N.
  • New York
  • Hi there! In Albany, New York, you can learn a lot about the economic activities such as banking, finance, and stock exchange. 
  • I will definitely use that information! I know a few things about New York, like the northernmost point is 45.01' N, and the southernmost point of the state is 40.4927' N.
  • My Point of Interest was the Liberty Bell. Three interesting things that I learned about the Liberty Bell are: 1. When the Liberty Bell was rung for the first time, it cracked. 2. The Liberty Bell is an important and famous symbol of American freedom and independence. 3. The Liberty Bell was once rung for George Washington's birthday celebration in 1846.
  • Rhode Island
  • Don't you just love Providence, Rhode Island? I mean, you just have to love the economic activities, such as dairy products, fishing, and electrical equipment.
  • While we were in New Jersey, I made a powerpoint. Here are some things that I learned: 1. New Jersey's nickname is The Garden State. 2. The highest point of New Jersey is High Point. 3. The five largest city in this state are Newark, Jersey City, Paterson, Elizabeth, and Edison.
  • Vermont
  • Hi! Welcome to Montpelier, Vermont, the capital of the state. The northernmost point of the state is 45' N, and the southernmost point is 40.8068' N.
  • Wow! I didn't know that! But, I do know three economic activities in the state. They are dairy products, mining, and real estate services.
  • While we were visiting New York, I made a collage. Some places that I would recommend going to are: 1. Central Park- In Central Park, you can ice skate or ride a carousel at Wollman Rink. You can also enjoy views of the Central Park Mall. 2. The Statue of Liberty- The Statue of Liberty's torch symbolizes enlightenment because the torch lights the way to freedom. 3. The Empire State Building- The Empire State Building is a 102-story skyscraper in Midtown, Manhattan, New York.
  • Maine
  • Hey! Nice to meet you. Since we are in Augusta, Maine, I researched some of the economic activities in the state. Three of them were Maine State Potatoes, lobster, and personal services.
  • That's awesome information! Some information that I already knew was the northernmost point of the state is 47' N, and the southernmost point is 43. 8763' N.
  • In Rhode Island, I visited Roger Williams National Memorial. I made the national park. Three interesting facts about this park are: 1. In the park, you can find a variety of animals, such as raccoons, deer, and opossums. 2. The Antram Gray House is a visitor center located in the park. You can watch a film and see exhibits. 3. Also, in the park, you can go to events, such as Junior Rangers programs, festivals, and cultural events. 
  • I love this state! I also learned at school that the northernmost point is 41.3140' N, and the southernmost point of the state is 41.3095' N.
  • In Vermont, I made a float. I learned that Vermont is famous for growing apples. Five words that relate to this state, are blueberries, cows, snowboarding, Lake Champlain, and Independence. Some wildlife that live in the state of Vermont, are  are bobcats and American Black Bears.
  • In Maine, I made a postcard. Three interesting facts about Maine are: 1. There is a lighthouse in Maine that is called the Portland Head Light. This light house sits within Casco Bay and the Gulf of Maine. 2.There is a county in Maine, Aroostook County that is bigger than the combined size of Connecticut and Rhode Island. 3. Mount Katahdin is the highest point of Maine.
