  • After that kitchen or dinning room, brief how grateful manage the stress and bring happiness to us. Example from me, the thing I like to do is eat.

  • Then in living room, jump on trampoline shown the brightest smile while explain how powerful is quote / meditation / pray on spreading the positive vibe for us.
  • Move to the screen, show the collection of quotes, verse of Quran also feeling when raining is coming up.
  • At night while looking out the window saying to them everything will be okay someday those happiness that we seek before will come to us.
