Storyboard Text

  • Art thou not, fatal vision, sensibleTo feeling as to sight, or art thou but A dagger of the mind, a false creation, Proceeding from the heat-oppressed brain?"
  • Act 2, scene 1: Macbeth is having a hallucination of a dagger due to the deed he has to complete.
  • I have done the deed. Didst thou not hear a noise?
  • Act 2, scene 2: Macbeth is telling Lady Macbeth that he has done the job of killing Duncan.
  • I heard the owl scream and the crickets cry.
  • Act 2, scene 3: Macduff finds Duncan dead in his room and goes to warn Macbeth, and the kings two children.
  • O horror, horror, horror! Tongue nor heart Cannot conceive nor name thee.
  • By the clock 'tis day,And yet dark night strangles the traveling lamp.
  • Act 2, scene 4: Ross is talking to the Old Man about how it's daytime but yet still so dark, and how unnatural it is, just like the kings death.
  • 'Tis unnatural, Even like the deed that's done.
