  • Principal of Individuality means that no two people will benefit from exercising the same way, because of out differences in our age, height, weight, body’s shape and size, gender, experiences and disabilities
  • Principal of Specificity
  • Principal of Adaptation is referred to as a process of the body being able to get used to a particular exercise when the exeRcise is repetitive. Principal of Overload is when a person increases their workouts intensity, frequency and time. To see improvement in ones indurance, strength, and muscle size.
  • Principal of Reversibility
  • Principal of Progression indicates to ones overload and how it needs to increase over time. To fast can cause painful and stressful reactions, but progressing to slow will not improve fitness.
  • Principal of Rest and Recovery
  • Principal of Specificity refers to how if one wishes to improve on a skill or exercise, they must practice that skill or exercise.
  • Principal of Reversibility means that when on uses their muscles they grow but when one doesn’t they start to shrink. This is one of the many reasons people starts gettin gout of shape. It takes about 2-3 weeks to see loss in muscle reduction.
  • One must get proper rest after working out to give their muscles time to repair, heal, and strengthen. You do this by gettin enough sleep and proper nutrition.
