Storyboard Text

  • Humans as we know have evolved a lot since the beginning. They went from looking more like monkeys to looking like us.
  • There earliest types of humans looked a lot like apes. They didn't have big brains so they weren't very smart and couldn't speak like we do.
  • Almost all types of humans before us only discovered the right side of Africa. Some discovered small parts of Europe but all humans were mostly in Africa. They started to spread out more the more intelligent they got
  • About 1.9 million years ago the size of human brains started to increase and they were starting to look less like apes and more like what we think is normal.
  • the closest types of humans to us were called neanderthalensis. We think that we were on the Earth at the same time as them because everyone has some DNA leading back to those times. We don't know how they became extinct or if they are fully extinct or not.
  • now we are called homosapians and there are a lot of different types of people and a lot of different types of places all over the world.
