José Delgado is a young, well built, and articulate man. He was the first witness called to the stand. He testified his discovery of Mr. Nesbitt's dead body, and the theft of about 5 cartons of cigarettes.

Sal Zinzi is a key witness in the case. Zinzi testified that he had a conversation with Wendell Bolden and learned about a robbery in which a man(Mr. Nesbitt) was killed. He told a detective what Bolden told him to avoid gang rape.
Wendell Bolden is another key witness in this case. Bolden testified that he had gotten cigarettes from a guy that was involved in a robbery. At that time, Bolden was in jail so he considered turning that man in for less jail time. He testified that man was Bobo Evans.

Osvaldo Cruz is a 14 year old boy in a gang called the Diablos. He was called to the stand because he participated in the robbery. Cruz testified in being a part of the robbery and the involvement of Bobo Evans, James King, and Steve Harmon.
Detective Williams is a detecive that observed the crime scene of Mr. Nesbitt. He testified the observation of Mr. Nesbitt's dead body and that money and cigarette cartons were missing. Detective Williams also confirmed Sal Zinzi's phone call; leading them to Richard Evans.
Lorelle Henry is a woman that directly observed the crime when it took place. She was brought to the stand as a major witness and greatly impacted the case. Ms. Henry testified in seeing James King and Bobo Evans being directly involved in the crime. She never testified in seeing Steve Harmon.
