  • Louis XVI: Come on guys. We need to leave. Let's go.
  • Louis XVI and his family try flee France.
  • Louis XVI and Mary Antoinette are leaving France because of the riot among their home, leaving people dead. Which was caused from poverty.
  • Louis XVI: If we leave now we might have a chance to be freed.
  • Mary Antoinette: Let's go then.
  • The beheading of Louis XVI and Antoinette happened because of poverty. They spent most of their money on their selves instead of their kingdom.
  • Reign of Terror: The period of violence which occurred after the French Revolution cause by two political factions. Which lasted between Sep. 5 1793-28 July 1794. 40,000 people were executed or murdered.
  • The directory was established to help financial problems. But it instead repudiated most of the assignats (paper money).
  • Napolean Bonaparte seized power by taking over the political power in France in a 1799 coup d'etat. The reform he made was the Napoleonic Code.
