For my Detroit office, I need find out how long a reaction will take, but first, I need to find a number that will help me find it
Thank goodness I, Steve Jobs, invented an Apple calculator to help me with this math!
After years of research, I found an equation that i can use to find this number!!!
It is Lim x-> 6 (x^2 +3x -88)/(x^2 -20x +96) We will solve this equation algebraically
To simplify this equation, I will factor the top to (x+11) and (x-8). Then I will factor the bottom to (x-12) and (x-8). I can now cancel out the (x-8) from the top and bottom. From here I can plug 6 into this equation and use my calculator to simplify it
On my calculator I will load (6+11)/(6-12). This simplifies to -17/16. I can now find out how long the reaction will take?
