Post VXP lookup, if an ASIN is pulled out and if that is not a candidate ASIN, the engine returns a failure.
If the ASIN pulled is one of the candidate ASINs, the ASIN traverses to the next check i.e., Validation of list price with tax.
If the list price with tax match fails, the engine returns a failure.
Sure! So if the VXP ASIN’s list price with tax matches with the list price with tax in the request or if it is missing, we consider these VXP ASINs as match.
Can u explain about this list price validation briefly?
Also if there is no VXP match found, we find the subset of ASINs which match by list price with tax among the candidate ASINs and these ASINs are considered as match and if any of the candidate ASINs are missing the list price with tax,the engine returns a failure.
Whoa! I am glad am able to understand it! Haha!
Finally the matches found flow through either of the two possibilities viz: If exactly one ASIN is found to be matching with the submission details, the ASIN is returned to the request made. Else..
I know!! If multiple ASINs are mapped to the submission details, the engine will throw a parking lot error. Am I right?
Yes absolutely! Good job!
Don’t worry! Go through this flowchart, it shall solve your problem…
Thank You! But it's kind of hard to digest so much! Haha!!
