  • Post truamatic stress disorder is a condition of persistent mental and emotional stress occuring as a result of injury or severe psychological shock. One may experience lack of sleep and mood swings.
  • Lets go to LA next weekend
  • I AM NOT going
  • A person with PTSD can experience unwanted thoughts out of nowhere without reason. Cognitive behavioral therapy is used to cope and manage PTSD symptoms.
  • One has behavioral issues also which most likely differs from their norms like being short tempered.
  • They fall off from activities they once did often.
  • Their daily life isn't so joyful. Friends, family, coworker, and other people who they interact with are pushed away. One may result to self destruction putting their life in harms way. 
  • Although therapy and treatments helps a person with PTSD be able to respond to inaccurate thinking in a more effective way they still can not control it. They may have severe anxiety which leads to living in fear.
