Storyboard Text

  • Hello,  I am Gage and I am an Oakdale Middle School student.  I am here to inform you that I would strongly recommend taking my ideas and incorporating it into your amusement park.
  • I have been to your park multiple times and one of my faiveret slides was the rock-ham racer.  Though their can be some changes that can make the big attraction even better.
  • I've been to many amusement parks and water parks before.  I have seen this slide without and with water.  Thats the thing,  It's everywhere.  Be the one to make a change,  change is good.  If its different it will draw more attention.
  • For my first and biggest change I would like to change the lanes of the slide and have them cross.  I make this little model with pasta noodles.   As you know,  their are 4 lanes in your current slide. I want the lanes to cross halfway down the slide for more of a surprise for riders and specters coming out in a different lane.  Also I advise that we make the slide a close tubed slide that like I said before its more of a surprise.  Also it makes that slide stand out more,  and makes the slide more unique.  I would also change the current mattes you have.  Their should be 3 sized mattes getting taller and taller.   Two measure witch person gets witch mattes SHOULD BE BY HEIGHT.  If this is done by weight then it can make riders feel uncomfortable.  This upgrade makes the ride more enjoyable for all sizes witch brings in more riders.
  • Like I said previously,  these upgrades will make the slide more unique and attracting.  Though doing so will be a small investment it will pay off in the long run.   Also,  this will open up more job opportunity such as people to measure the height of riders, to build the new design, and more people to organize the mattes.
  • In wrapping up,  I would like to say thank you one more time. Please consider investing into my ideas.  Sincerely, Gage L.
