  • School
  • We need to cover the wall with some type of paint.
  • The Store
  • Thank You
  • Here is your paint kids.
  • The Narrator and Lou find out on their way to school that someone is painting on their wall that they grew up with.
  • Back to the Wall
  • The two kids discuss what to do about the wall and how to get the painter lady to go away.
  • Final Product
  • They buy the paint to cover up the wall in hope that she will leave.
  • Theme
  • They see the town crowd around the wall saying things like "wow" or "she really did it". And they notice they cannot execute their plan.
  • The walls final product once finished.
  • In the memory of my cousin 
  • I think the theme of "War of the Wall" is don't judge a book by its cover, because the kids think that the painter lady is being disrespectful by painting on their wall that had a name carved into it, but the person who's name was in the wall was her cousin.
