It really seemed like their process and approach was very thorough and provided a very rich context of data.
According to the exemplar, participants were interviewed 4 times over a month to provide context of their academic history. Additionally with the drawings collected from the participants this really supports what Creswell (2006) mentioned how a narrative analysis can serve as a perspective lens and in this case the participants were that lens.
After reading the interviews and looking at the data that was collected, It really seems like their approach was quite effective.
Yes, considering how mindful the researchers were of their limitations, the researchers analysis of the interview themes and drawings identified the main themes these children have felt during their school career.
