  • Today I'm going to talk about some very important kitchen safety tips.
  • The first one is to always wear oven mitts to prevent burns.
  • Another one is to always move towels and other items out of your work space so they don't catch fire.
  •  Always keep fridges at 40 degrees or below and  freezers at 0 degrees to prevent bacteria growth.
  • Also turn pot handles in so you don't bump into them and spill.
  • Make sure you keep rugs secure to prevent falling.
  • Always wash your hands thoroughly before returning to the kitchen so you don't spread food borne illnesses.
  • Keep knives sharp so you don't harm yourself or others in anyway.
  • Lastly make sure that you tie your hair back so it doesn't get in in the food.
  • Thank you for listening to my tips on being safe in the kitchen hopefully you learned a thing. Have fun in the kitchen!
