  • Absolute rule by a small group, either with an individual or political party in charge. Power is held by force.

  • We have just passed a law that gives extra money to those in lower payong jobs.
  • Ruled by a king or queen, usually with the help of aristocracy.

  • The law for higher privileged rights has been declined by the majority of people.
  • Government controls every aspect of life and business. People are granted rights and property according to needs and abilities. Everyone is equal.

  • We have just voted on a new law that we will put in our constitution for equal rights.
  • A limited government, getting its power from the people, with a constitution of law keeping the government from taking rights from people.
