This storyboard does not have a description.
Melody has cerebral palsy. She can't move or communicate in any way, but she is super smart and has a photographic memory.
A doctor tells Melody's mom she should send her to a facility for disabled kids. He says she has no intellect at all.
Melody and her aid come up with the idea of getting her a medical-talker, a device that will help her communicate. Her parents immediately agree.
Using her new medi-talker, Melody is the only one to ever get a perfect score on the tryout quiz for the school quiz team. The "normal" kids bully her, but she is the reason they make it to the finals in D.C.
When Melody and her family get to the airport for the flight to the competition finals, they find out that the team took an earlier flight and left them.
