Howdy! I am interested in learning more about your culture and land.
I am an Apache Indian, and this is my village!
This is the Oak Flat. This land is very sacred to us, used in many important ceremonies.
Well, that appears to be copper ore.
Say, what's this in this cave?
The White Man went home and drew up plans for an extensive mine system. He brought it to the US Government for approval and passed the preliminary stages, much to the despair of the Apache people, as the mines would destroy about 3 square miles of land, including much land sacred to the Apache.
This mine will destroy our ability to practice our religion! If that's not "undue burden", I don't know what is! We hold many important ceremonies in the land that will be decimated by the construction of this mine! We deserve the protection afforded under the Establishment Clause!
