- Once apon a time, in the great land of Lombardy, lived a knight called January! When he turned 60 he decided he wanted to get married, so every day he would look out of his window and try and spot a pretty young maiden to be his bride!
- Will I ever find the love of my life?
- Will you marry me?
- Soon enough January spotted a young girl. Her name was May! And within a month they were married!
- Yes!
- May was miserable ever since she married January but she was not the only miserable person in the house. Damian was unhappy as well. Damian was a young squire who served at January's table, and he was madly in love with May. One day, Damian wrote a letter to May confessing his love.
- I love May with all my heart!
- January and May strolled around the garden admiring the spectacular flowers and juicy fruit on the trees.
- This is an amazing garden!
- Suddenly, all his happy memories of the garden drained out of him. He could no longer see. He was blind!
- How can this be? I could see a second ago!
- Ever since then, May was locked in the castle with January so she couldnt ever leave his side.
